To solve the no-elevator difficulty, our experienced installation specialists could have hauled all the materials up the stairs. But that would have been labor-intensive, time-consuming, and potentially blown budgets and timelines out of the water.

The solution? Remove a large, second-story conference room window facing the warehouse below. Back our truck up to the warehouse dock. And use a forklift to hoist the following furniture modules through the now-open, second-story conference room window.

- 150 two-sided, mobile whiteboards in workstations with marker trays

Project Results for the AIS Divi Office Furniture Installation
